Who we are at Calvary St. Andrew's Presbyterian Parish

We are a diverse mission-centered Christian community committed to social justice, and we invite everyone to join us in feeding those who hunger for food or spiritual nourishment.

To share the Good News of Jesus Christ, we embrace all persons of faith in a community of diversity; we celebrate worship in word, music, and sacrament, and we provide spiritual growth for members of our Parish and community through educational events and programs. We use inclusive language, empower lay people and we commit to ministries of justice and systemic change that includes a multi-racial congregation, food ministry, Star Program for the specially challenged, health ministries, More Light Ministry with gay and lesbian and a Dominican Republic mission of sustainable agriculture.

Partnering with the Community

We work in partnerships with FoodLink, the South Wedge Planning Committee, Linkage churches (Pittsford Presbyterian) Urban Presbyterians Together (10 city congregations), boards, and agencies as we strive to be faithful stewards of resources - personal, financial and ecological.
