We have an active education program for all ages.
The CSA Choir welcomes all singers to join our choir.
Small group ministries, including a Men's Group, meet regularly.
The Men’s Group is celebrating its tenth year. They gather for fellowship, discussion, and prayer the third Wednesday of the month at 6:30 a.m., starting this day fortified by delicious dishes cooked by participants.
Partners in Minis

As the lay shepherds of the church, the congregation is divided among the lay Partners in Ministry members. We each engage as often as possible with our individual shepherding group throughout the month by phone calls, e-mail, cards, home gatherings, and Sunday morning conversations.
The committee meets the second Monday of each month. Our main focus is to best meet the needs of the people in our church community. Concerns (prayers, nursing home visits, hospital visits, rides to church, meetings, doctors, or delivering meals) are brought to the table for discussion and possible solutions are evaluated. All concerns and discussions are kept confidential.
Several times each year, the congregation gathers at a member’s home for fellowship and fun.
The Hospitality Ministry sponsors other events:
- A day at Charlotte Beach
- An evening at a Red Wings game.
- Parish picnic
- Golf tournament
- Bike trip
- Christmas Tree decorating
- A festive Christmas Pageant
- Thanksgiving in February dinner.
As God welcomes us in a Spirit of Hospitality, we in turn, reach out to family, friends, and strangers invite them into our spiritual home. In a spirit of hospitality our desire is to have our spiritual home in such order that those who come will feel comfortable and want to return.
